Within the Motor Industry we have already experienced a strong demand across the main franchises with an increase for experienced candidates with an automotive industry background for both Technical and Sales based roles. Specifically Parts Advisors, Parts Managers, Services Advisors, Service Managers and After Sales Managers, in addition to fully Qualified Vehicle Technicians with specific brand training and main dealer experience. Within Sales & Marketing the demand for Field Sales, B2B and B2C Sales Executives remains strong across the Automotive, Leisure, Telecoms and Specialist Products industries. Cambridge continues to see growth within the Leisure & Hospitality sectors with a number of new hotels increasing the demand for quality staff. In particular there is still a shortage of staff for Front of House, HR and Sales roles.
