Terms of Business

We are pleased to enclose a copy of our standard Terms of Business for your information. We have made every effort to ensure that we offer a competitive percentage whilst maintaining a high standard of service based on our local experience in the East Anglia area and our ability to supply high calibre candidates. Our terms of business have been approved by the Recruitment Employment Confederation to ensure that we operate to the highest standards. Our company policy is not to hide behind any small print and for easy reference, we have listed the headlines of our terms below:-

• Salaries up to £30,000 - 15% remuneration of the first year's salary
• Salaries over £30,000 – 17.5% remuneration of the first year's salary
• Rebate structure - 100% up to 3 weeks and then a sliding scale of 10% per week up to a period of 12 weeks
