We have made every effort to ensure that our clients have real choice by offering four flexible options giving you the flexibility to select a rebate period and competitive percentage fee that best suits your business needs, whilst still benefitting from our quality service, local experience and our ability to supply high calibre candidates.

We offer a 100% Money Back Guarantee period on all introductions, the length of this protection period and the sliding scale of the refund depends on the fee option selected.

To give you added confidence, our terms of business have been approved by the Recruitment Employment Confederation to ensure that we operate to the highest standards. Our company policy is not to hide behind any small print and for easy reference, I have listed the headlines of our terms below:-

• All introductions are based on the remuneration of the first years salary and we do not charge for company cars
• Option 1 – 17.5% (8 week 100% refund period) - 24 weeks covered in total by sliding rebate guarantee
• Option 2 – 16.5% (6 week 100% refund period) - 18 weeks covered in total by sliding rebate guarantee
• Option 2 – 14.5% (4 week 100% refund period) - 12 weeks covered in total by sliding rebate guarantee
• Option 2 – 12.5% (1 week 100% refund period) - 3 weeks covered in total by sliding rebate guarantee
