CONSULTANT - Cambridge
We
have recently moved to a larger office in Grantchester, Cambridge and we are
now looking for additional RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT’s to join our growing team.
Technical Moves core recruitment markets are
Architecture, Engineering, Construction, Surveying & Property and as part
of our on going expansion for we also deal with recruitment for the Sales,
Motor Trade, Administration & Marketing industry. Technical Moves is a
privately owed company whose directors have over 16 years specialist
recruitment experience in this local area.
We are actively looking for Recruitment
Consultants with real ambition for both established and new sections to cover
both temporary and permanent appointments. Prior experience on a Technical,
Commercial or Construction section would be an advantage, but priority will
be given to career minded candidates who are looking to build long term
relationships with their clients without the hard sell.
Recruitment Consultants must be highly
motivated, commercially aware and confident in their ability to build business,
with a real flair for sales without the hard sell. In return for your

This is a great opportunity for a self
motivated candidate to use their sales ability to run and have control of
their own business. You will have the full support, backing and combined
recruitment experience of our current team to help you succeed. You will
be responsible for generating your own sales, developing clients, managing
your own permanent and temporary recruitment business with a particular client
base depending on which area of business best suits your experience and
skills.
