This is a varied and exciting role for someone who has the desire to build client relations and the ability to manage a diverse commercial portfolio.
An independent, forward-thinking company who are offering a hybrid/remote working style based in either London or Norfolk. The team acts for several infrastructure clients in the Fibre, Mobile and Green sectors. They also act for Landlords and advertising clients providing property related services and advice.
The candidate will be expected to play a vital role in ensuring that tasks, duties, and activities, as assigned by the Directors or the Companies Clients, are managed effectively and swiftly. Duties will include:
- Land and property acquisition – This will include a variety of tasks including site visits, surveys, collation of information, obtaining Landlord interest, speaking to Landlords and/or their agents, making client recommendations, reporting.
- Wayleaves – Logging and circulating wayleave agreements.
- Drawings – Review drawings and planning applications.
- Lease auditing – Auditing lease agreements.
- On-Site Activities – Tasks include; Site identification and tracking, site surveys, measuring, production of simple site plans and photographic surveys.
- Client reporting
Experience within a similar role would be highly advantageous.
Offering a competitive salary in the region of £35,000 - £40,000 dependant on experience + benefits package.
