Our client is seeking a talented Project Architect to join their dynamic team, delivering high-quality residential and commercial developments. This is a fantastic opportunity to take on a leading role across a range of exciting projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage projects across all RIBA work stages within the residential and commercial sectors
- Prepare detailed quotations and tender submissions
- Liaise effectively with clients, contractors, consultants, and internal teams
- Produce comprehensive architectural drawing packages, specifications, and construction documentation independently
- Oversee and delegate tasks within the project team to ensure high-quality output
- Chair project meetings, record minutes, and follow up on actions
- Act as Contract Administrator for JCT Minor Works and RIBA Domestic contracts
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure technical compliance and exceptional build quality
Requirements:
- Strong experience delivering residential and commercial projects across all RIBA stages
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organised with a proactive approach to continual improvement
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe Photoshop, and InDesign (SketchUp desirable)
- Commercial awareness with the ability to manage time and budgets effectively
