The successful candidate will have experience in the design and delivery of projects, from planning to completion. They will have a good understanding of construction design and processes and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. This role requires excellent problem solving skills, with the ability to think outside of the box. The ideal candidate will also have a good understanding of architectural design, building regulations and planning law.
