Do you want to be part of a growing team in an office of an established practice? They are looking to recruit an experienced technician to join the team in their central Cambridge office.
You will be working on a range of projects, covering residential, social housing, industrial, care and welfare buildings.
Candidates will have at least 3 years UK based experience. CAD proficiency is essential as is up to date knowledge of both planning and building regulations. You should have experience of working producing drawing packages for planning and building reg approval.
Essential skills
- Up to date knowledge of UK Planning & Building Regulations
- Construction Knowledge
- Experience with Revit would be beneficial
