As an experienced Architectural Technician you will be working alongside an experienced team of professionals on a variety of residential commissions, from medium/high rise to large scale developer led projects with values ranging from £1 million - £40 million.
Successful applicants will be utilising existing residential project experience, coupled with AutoCAD software proficiency managing projects from planning through to technical stages, construction drawings and on to site, liaising with both contractors and clients
Essential requirements:
- AutoCAD software proficiency
- Previous experience working on UK based residential projects
- Ability to work well with others as well as on your own initiative
- Good technical knowledge
