As an Assistant Surveyor, you will assist the team with a variety of professional services. Working across a wide commercial portfolio including office buildings, to licenced premises and land. You will gain a broad range of experience across Landlord & Tenant and Property Management. This will include lease renewals, maintenance inspections, rent reviews and letting/agency instructions.
You’ll need enthusiasm and be dedicated to progress your career within Property and Surveying.
