Working predominantly within the education sector, your skills in building surveying and project management will help support a number of new build and refurbishment projects across several framework agreements. Projects are typically £1m - £5m in value, ranging from classroom and leisure centre refurbishments through to all weather pitches and new build teaching blocks. You’ll be involved from concept to completion with full account management and client liaison.
This is an excellent opportunity for an MRICS Building Surveyor or a Building Surveyor with relevant client or consultant experience, capable of independently running projects. You will be client facing and regularly interact with contractors, consultants, and design teams - so you’ll get plenty of opportunity to apply your strong communication and management skills.
