John Burke Associates are a practice of Chartered Surveyors (Building Surveying & Quantity Surveying), Clerks of Works and Chartered Building Consultants. Our team of 15 professionals operate from two regional offices, providing six service lines across multiple sectors.
A client base which helps us stand out from the crowd. We are proud to represent a broad range of blue-chip clients including Schroders, Delfont Mackintosh theatres, City of London Police, MDIS, Hampshire Trust Bank, Schroders and Colchester Amphora.

Are you the new Associate we are looking for?
What do I need?
To be part of the team, you will ideally be a Chartered PQS with a consultancy or private practice bias, looking to take your first steps into an executive position. Or an experienced Associate with the ambition to become a director within the next 3 years. Your knowledge and expertise will ideally span:
- Project Approach & Procurement Advice
- Financial Project Monitoring Reports
- Feasibility Cost Advice, Budget Estimates & Cost Planning
- Life Cycle Costings
- Projects will vary in size, complexity and type but include a healthy mix of; Commercial, Leisure, Public Sector, Corporate, Residential, Education and Healthcare.
- Value Management & Engineering.
