Leading consultancy of building and infrastructure experts with proven experience across multiple industries including; MOD, Social Housing, Education, Healthcare, Industrial, and Commercial. A growing Building Surveying team creating future career opportunities in Cambridgeshire. What will I be doing? Working on a portfolio of key client accounts, you will lead on a mixture of core Building Surveying functions (including report and specification writing), Project Management and Contract Administration. You’ll be involved from concept to completion including establishing client briefs, preparing fee bids, cost control, risk management and final report writing. This will be within a multi-sector client base where you will work with range of existing and new accounts with a heavy focus on MOD and Social Housing. You will also regularly engage with wider variety of clients in a fully client-focused capacity. What do I need to apply? You will be joining team of professionals focussed on delivering quality. You should, therefore, be able to demonstrate strong client skills and be driven to develop existing and new relationships. As an experienced Surveyor, you will hold a professional membership to RICS and have experience in design and project management.
