Based in their flagship Cambridge office, the role will involve working closely with a team of experienced professionals providing expert advice and support to an established client base. Working on key accounts, you will take a lead role when dealing with your own client portfolio. You will provide an expert service on a wide range of services including Dilapidations, Building and Condition Surveys, Maintenance plans and Project Management, representing Landlords on some prestigious and unique properties.

A solid track record across Building Surveying within a consultancy environment is essential. MRICS accreditation is also required.
