What will I be doing?

  • A variety of professional and project consultancy commissions
  • These will include planned maintenance reports, building surveys, and dilapidations matters through to party wall, expert witness work, Project Management and contract administration.
  • Projects will typically be between £1m-£5m on JCT contracts.
  • Further opportunities exist to be involved in larger and more complex schemes
  • Main sectors focus on healthcare, education, residential, defence and infrastructure.

What do I need to be considered?

  • You will be a MRICS Building Surveyor with a blend of experience, on both project and professional building surveying disciplines.
  • Multi sector experience with a preference towards private sector working on behalf of a regional or national consultancy.
  • Ambitious and driven approach to fast track your career with a market leader.
  • You'll enjoy being part of a large collaborative team, working in a fast paced environment. 
  • It is essential you have a good knowledge of building and construction and can demonstrate exposure to a variety of building surveying services.
