You'll be involved in a variety of commercial agency and development opportunities with a primary focus on; freehold and leasehold acquisition and disposal advice, property marketing strategies, investment appraisals, property and investment searches and land disposal and acquisition.
Focusing on retail and corporate (office) buildings, industrial, warehousing, manufacturing and land for new development opportunities.
The role would suit an MRICS surveyor or commercial agency surveyor with at least 3 years post qualification experience.
We'd be particularly keen to speak with surveyors with commercial agency and/or rent reviews and valuations experience gained in mid and south Essex
