You'll be an experienced property professional, providing a high level of service to, and establishing rapport with, clients, leaseholders, and colleagues.
Being a good team player is imperative, as is the ability to build strong relationships with leasees, occupiers, and clients.
You be involved in all areas of property management including, service charge budget management, Health and Safety compliance, managing multi-discipline contractors, lease management, and inspections. Ideally you will be MRICS qualified or hold an equivalent qualification
