Commercial Property Manager

We are working with an established property consultancy with a reputation for being one of the best. They deal with a mixture of high-end office and commercial accommodation and provide a full and comprehensive management service to some prestigious and demanding clients throughout the East of England. They are very professional and dedicated, putting their client’s interest at the heart of everything they do and work hard to ensure the highest level of customer service and value added to each individual account.

Further to recent expansion within the property team, they are looking to recruit an experienced commercial property manager to look after a large portfolio of commercial properties.  You will have previous experience of working in a busy environment and be able to provide a high level of service to, and establish rapport with, clients, leaseholders, and colleagues. A good team player is imperative to this role, as is the ability to build relationships with lessee’s, occupiers, and clients.

You will be responsible for all areas of property management including, service charge budget management, Health and Safety compliance, manage multi-discipline contractors, lease management, inspections and will ideally be MRICS qualified or the equivalent qualification.
