Estates Manager

Estates Manager / Property Manager required to join a successful estates, residential property lettings and block management business.

You will be managing residential blocks of flats, a mixed portfolio of private housing and estates to the highest standard. Dealing with budgets, managing contractors, repairs and maintenance and health and safety requirements. You will be part of a brand with multiple offices and a long-standing reputation for providing a comprehensive lettings and management service across a mixed portfolio in Cambridgeshire, across East Anglia and Hertfordshire. 

You will set and control service charges and manage contractors and suppliers in line with budgeted and contracted work. Liaising with leaseholders, freeholders, and residents. Providing full estates and block management property services, dealing with maintenance, inspections, health & safety risk assessments, attending meetings and managing contractor and utility companies.

Ideally you will have a Property Manager background or previously worked in Estates, Block Management or Facilities Management.

Excellent customer service skills and an organised proactive approach are essential. ALRA, FM and H&S qualifications are preferred.
