Your New Role
The team is involved with a real mix of civil engineering, industrial, residential, commercial, education and healthcare projects. From complex ground engineering assessments to site investigation, you will have access to interesting and varied work.
This small team packs a big punch, working closely with a wider construction and design group you’ll get access to a real range of interesting schemes, live construction, and ground investigation projects in East Anglia and across the UK.
You’ll be providing geotechnical engineering consultancy, ground, and site investigation, testing and geo-environmental consultancy support. Project-based the team typically works 2/3 out on-site and 1/3 in the office or from home, with a sensible approach to hybrid working offered to all. You will need :
- At least 3+ years of experience within the UK engineering geology/ geotechnical sector
- A geotechnical engineering degree - geo-environmental, geology, civil engineering.
- Experience working on-site & managing ground investigations
- A strong report writing background for geotechnical projects
- Experience with slope stability projects and a knowledge of contaminated land
