Graduate Building Surveyor, looking to start their career with an established independent practice who specialise in the Education and academy trust sectors.

What will I be doing, what training is available?

  • The role will suit a newly qualified Building Surveyor graduate, or recently qualified with some industry experience.
  • Full support to start your APC process is available if you have a RICS accredited degree.
  • You will work with the team to carry out condition surveys, writing specifications, project management, contract administration, defect analysis, building pathology and much more.
