Join this independent Chartered Surveying and Property Valuation specialist as a Graduate Valuations Surveyor, working primarily in residential housing.
This is an excellent opportunity to start your career in property and be involved in all aspects of the housing development process. You'll need at least 12 months relevant work experience or a placement year in property with a RICS accredited degree in real estate or similar. Based in Suffolk, priority will be given to candidates already locally based in this region or with previous connections and local knowledge of the surrounding area.

You'll research local markets to establish appropriate valuations and assist with collating data. Completing valuation reports for varied schemes and purchases, ranging from small to large housing sites. Primarily office-based, you’ll also contact local councils and estate agencies and help the team meet company targets.
