As a Junior Search Consultant, you will deal with the careers and aspirations of people at all levels, searching for specialist skill sets and engaging with professional people. It’s more than just filling jobs; with us, you will become a recruitment expert and be involved in our marketing, candidate generation and networking.
Recruitment is about finding people and building long term relationships. You must be a confident communicator and good on the phone, with the desire to help people advance their careers. Prior recruitment, sales, customer service, surveying, property, or engineering work experience is preferred.
You will support our directors with generating new business, dealing with job seekers, marketing, and candidate sourcing. You’ll gain excellent experience and be trained across several of our disciplines as you develop your recruitment skills. You’ll have the desire to achieve incentives, earn commission and be someone that just naturally gets things done.
