Busy and vibrant Agency in Cambridge looking to add a Lettings Negotiator to their small but successful team.
A well-respected brand providing a comprehensive lettings and management service across a mixed portfolio.
Focusing predominately on properties within the city centre and surrounding villages.
Dealing with prospective tenants, registering and matching them to potential properties, taking viewings, handling enquiries and other related admin.
You'll need 1-3 years previous property experience locally in a lettings role or have a genuine interest in property, ideally with knowledge of the local area and market.
Excellent customer service skills and an organised proactive approach are essential.
Basic salary to reflect your property experience with an OTE of £28-£32k with the use of a pool car during office hours.
Hours: Monday to Friday 8.30 - 17.30 and every other Saturday 9.00 - 13.00.
