Due to continued success and increasing demand for their properties, they are now looking to acquire the services of a Lettings negotiator who is keen to develop their career.
You will be responsible for assisting landlords to let their properties and find tenants homes to rent. You will be required to undertake a wide variety of duties including: liaising with landlords, tenants and prospective clients, conducting viewings and providing guidance of the lettings process, offering advice on potential rental values, marketing and promoting new properties, preparing tenancy agreements, overseeing reference and credit checks, negotiating between landlord and tenant, and assist with any other duties required within the role.
In return our client is willing to offer a very competitive basic salary, depending on experience, plus commission. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8.45am - 5.30pm, Saturday working is required on a rota basis. 25 days holiday plus bank holidays.
