The successful candidate will need good customer service skills and 12 months of property administration or similar experience: - Excellent communication skills. - Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. - Ability to multi-task and prioritise workloads. - Excellent organisational skills. - Experience using Microsoft Office and databases. - Good knowledge of the local Cambridge area and a clean driving licence.
