With over half a decade of industry experience, our client who are a multidisciplinary property company are looking for a Property Manager to join their friendly team.
You will manage your own property portfolio dealing with all maintenance and tenancy matters and be the main point of contact for both Landlord and Tenant. Very generally duties will include - inventories, checkouts, routine checks, arranging maintenance and other Property Management admin tasks. It will suit someone who is looking for a fast-paced role involving being in and out of the office. The portfolio size will be roughly 150 properties.
In return you will receive a salary of between £25-£30k and there will be use of a pool car for business purposes.
