Your New Role

A lead consultant who provide a "one stop shop" of services to wide range of high profile clients. Specialising across multiple sectors including; Healthcare, New build residential, Development, Social housing, Commercial, and Educational.
As part of the projects team, you will be working in conjunction with a team of commercial professionals acting on behalf of several key clients as either the Lead Consultant or Cost Consultant, providing Employers Agency, contract administration (typically JCT) and project coordination/management.
This opportunity will suit a recently chartered (MRICS), ambitious Project Surveyor looking for a varied and rewarding career. You will ideally have a cost management background and preferably some previous Employers Agent experience. In addition, you should have at previous experience in a similar capacity with a client, developer or consultant. This is a "hands on" role and you should be comfortable in a client facing capacity, commercially aware with the ability to work in a fast moving and demanding environment.
Salary packages are expected to be in the region of £45,000 to £55,000 plus a leading wellbeing and benefits package. Although the role is a combination of office and site based, you'll be trusted to manage your diary as the company promotes a hybrid way of working, managing people through trust and outputs.
