We have an opportunity for a Property Manager or experienced Lettings Negotiator to join a client-side team with an excellent reputation and mixed portfolio across East Anglia. A team with a passion for quality and customer service excellence.
You’ll be tasked with a wide variety of duties including managing and overseeing a portfolio of properties, liaising with landlords and contractors regarding maintenance, arranging and attending property inspections, preparing, and processing tenancy renewals, carrying out rent reviews, authorising invoices and working with landlords to ensure properties are compliant.
Customer service will be at the heart of everything you do.

To apply for this role, you’ll be confident in your residential lettings and property management experience. You’ll be able to prioritise workload, work independently as well as part of a team and you obviously must drive. Cambridge, Huntingdon, Ely, or a similar sensible commute.
Salary to reflect your relevant experience circa £24,000 - £29,000.
