Due to continued success and increasing demand for their properties, they are now looking to acquire the services of a Property Manager who is keen to develop their career.
The successful candidate will be tasked with a wide variety of duties including: managing and overseeing an allocated portfolio of properties, liaising with Landlords and Contractors regarding required maintenance, arranging and attending property inspections, preparing and processing tenancy renewals, carrying out rent reviews, authorising invoices, working with Landlords to ensure properties are compliant, and assist with any other duties required within the role.
To apply for this role, it is essential that you have at least 2+ years’ experience working within residential lettings as a Property Manager, be able to prioritise workload, work independently as well as part of a team, have a full driving licence and live within 40 minutes of Cambridge.
In return our client is willing to offer a basic salary of £30,000 - £35,000, depending on experience. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8.45am - 5.30pm, Saturday working is required on a rota basis, 1 in 4, 9am - 1pm.
