Senior Surveyor - Commercial Property
We are proud to be working alongside this established, national, multidisciplinary property consultancy to recruit an experienced and driven Chartered Surveyor to help grow the Commercial Property & Lease Advisory team in London.
Our client is one of the leading property consultancies in the region. Dealing with a mixture of commercial and residential properties and providing a full and comprehensive management service to many prestigious clients.
This is a varied and exciting role for someone who has the desire to build client relations and the ability to manage a diverse commercial portfolio.
You will be involved in, landlord and tenant liaison, account management including service charge budgets, completing property inspections schedules, dealing with rent reviews and lease renewals and identifying and implementing asset management opportunities
It is highly desirable that you are will be MRICS qualified.
Offering a competitive salary in the region of £50,000 - £60,000 dependant on experience plus car allowance. 25 days holiday plus a selection of benefits.
