This Land™ recently announced the appointment of two highly-experienced professionals to its senior team, Alessandra Caggiano and Natalia Boloz; each bringing unique expertise to the ambitious development business across the fields of Strategic Partnerships and Development Management.
Alessandra Caggiano, This Land’s™ new Head of Strategic Partnerships, has over nine years’ experience in Programme and Project Management in Cambridgeshire. Her in-depth knowledge of the region’s business and cultural environment will be a great asset to This Land™, having previously held positions within Cambridge City Council, Anglia Ruskin University and having founded the much-loved e-Luminate Cambridge Festival in 2012.
Natalia Boloz joins This Land™ as Development Manager on the back of a successful career in land development, valuations and property data analysis. Natalia has an extremely diverse skill set and experience working with some of the world’s largest real estate companies, including Berkeley Group and Cushman and Wakefield.
The team has a proven track record and extensive experience spanning all nature of developments, complementing each other’s individual skill sets to drive the business forward. The appointments of Alessandra and Natalia are evidence of both the rapid growth of This Land™ and its ambition to expand beyond Cambridgeshire to deliver visionary development projects throughout the UK.
This Land™ is defined as much by its people as it is by its development projects, with a different model, purpose and approach to traditional development business, this new team is well positioned to challenge the marketplace and find new ways of thinking and doing things.
