For these positions, we have seen greater success by targeting both active and non-active candidates. Our Campaigns combine the best of headhunting with a targeting marketing campaign designed specifically for your requirements.

Although more involved, the costs are in line with our traditional recruitment model. We do however ask for a non-refundable retainer and an exclusivity period to enable us to dedicate our time to your instruction which also takes priority over non-retained business. 

Upon instruction, we will start mapping businesses and targeting potential candidates in addition to running a branded marketing campaign. We will provide regular updates on our progress and aim to shortlist at least 3 candidates for interview.
