After a successful recruitment process This Land™, has appointed Julia Gregory as a Non-Executive Director (NED). Her appointment is part of the continued structured growth of the company and will include the role of chairing This Land’s Environmental Social Governance (ESG) Committee.
Known for her dynamism, organisational skills and openness, Julia has nearly three decades of experience in strategic leadership in both the public and private sector for a range of companies delivering real estate and construction, as well as a number of Non-Executive Roles.
This includes a key position as Director of Projects for Ebbsfleet Development Corporation, where Julia led the delivery of a £300 million investment for Ebbsfleet Garden City to deliver up to 15,000 new homes.
Her early career was spent in the public sector within the development arena, before taking on high profile roles leading major development and infrastructure projects at two of the UK’s major airports – Stansted and Gatwick.
