Carl has over 23 years of specialist experience recruiting for the built environment in Cambridge, East Anglia and the Home Counties. His extensive career has focused on Property and Engineering Recruitment. Co-founding Technical Moves in 2005.

He loves interviewing people to understand their career aspirations, motivations and strengths.

Carl recruits and advises on key roles across all our core sectors including Residential & Commercial Property, Civil & Structural Engineering, Architecture, Building Surveying, Development, Project Management and Executive appointments. 

A fellow of the Recruitment Employment Confederation (FREC) and Associate Member of the Institute of Civil Engineers (AMICE). 

Before recruitment, Carl was a civil engineer working for two of the UK's leading consultancies. As a specialist recruiter with real industry experience, you can have confidence and trust he understands the local market and your technical requirements.

Away from work. Carl is a keen, but slow, runner training for his second half marathon and an avid cycling fan who dreams of escaping to the mountains of France.
