Job Description
They are looking to recruit a Project Architect; this is an exciting opportunity for a team player to join a company that is experiencing strong growth. You will contribute to the future success of the business and grow with the business and have a future hand in the running of the practice.
You should be able to demonstrate design and job running ability, be CAD proficient and have working knowledge of planning and the building regulations and be able to deal with contractors & consultants whilst seeing a project through to on-site completion.
Essential skills
- 4+ years’ experience
- ARB Registered
- Develop ideas and concept design
- knowledge of AutoCAD (Revit beneficial)
- Good knowledge of UK building regulations
- Strong demonstrable experience working on housing (educational and commercial project experience desirable).

Competitive salary on offer commensurate with experience, circa £38,000 - £50,000 per annum
