How does it work?

Upon instruction, we will work with you to understand your business, requirements, past and present challenges and the type of person you are looking for. Together we will generate a recruitment strategy, interview process and timeline. During the contract, we will start identifying and mapping out competitor businesses to target potential candidates for your short- and medium-term requirements. We will put together a fully branded marketing campaign and start to procure the best people for your business. Along the process, we will provide regular updates on our progress with the aim to shortlist at least 3 candidates for interview for each requirement.
