Are you an experienced architectural technician looking for a role where you can take ownership of projects from conception to completion?
We are working on behalf of a company who are looking for an Architectural Technician to join their team and make a real impact on their projects.
This role offers you the chance to take control of projects from client liaison and design, right through to planning and approval and on-site completion. Projects will range from extensions through to one off houses and small developments.
The ideal candidate will have a good knowledge of UK building regulations, be comfortable dealing with clients and contractors and have a good understanding of the design process.
If you have the relevant experience and qualifications, then this could be the role for you.
We are looking for someone who is:
- Experienced using AutoCAD (SketchUp and Photoshop beneficial)
- Confident in dealing with clients
- Experienced in liaising with contractors
- Able to work on projects from conception to completion
- Highly organised and methodical
- Able to work to tight deadlines
- Knowledgeable about UK building regulations
