An Architectural Technician is required to join a busy multi-disciplinary practice that has been trading for 25 years in the region; This opportunity is ideal for a Technician looking to join a successful company where you can develop your skills and establish yourself.
The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years UK based experience, with a good amount of experience in residential developments. AutoCAD proficiency is essential as is a good knowledge of UK building regulations. You will be ambitious and determined and work equally as well in autonomously as in a team.
You will be expected to produce and amend planning drawing packages, with a good knowledge of Design principals and building construction methods. A sound knowledge of AutoCAD along with previous residential housing experience at either developer level or private practice is essential.
Key requirements:
· Housing experience (preferably some affordable)
· Strong on CAD - accurate and proficient Autocad (Revit beneficial)
· Good knowledge of Building Regs
· Good communicator
