A genuine career opportunity working as part of an established team, managing a large property portfolio which includes a variety of assets across urban and rural locations. You will be joining one of the regions’ largest landlords, assisting in the active management of their impressive portfolio. You will become part of a team of highly experienced surveyors dedicated to supporting your career to achieve full MRICS chartership.
As an Assistant Surveyor, you will assist the team in a variety of professional services. You will have the opportunity to work across a wide commercial portfolio ranging from Commercial offices, to licenced premises and land. You will gain a broad range of experience across Landlord & Tenant and Property Management. This will include lease renewals, maintenance inspections, rent reviews and letting/agency instructions.
You’ll need enthusiasm and be dedicated to progressing your career within Property and Surveying. In return you’ll benefit from the support of an experienced team who are dedicated to your professional development.
We’re interested in speaking with Graduate Surveyors with a RICS accredited degree (ideally in Estate Management) and looking at progressing through the APC pathway. You will receive full support and a salary package commensurate of your level of experience, up to a maximum of £35,000. Additional benefits include full training, mentorship, and a 35-hour working week.
