Who will I be joining?
A practice of Chartered Surveyors (Building Surveying & Quantity Surveying), Clerks of Works and Chartered Building Consultants. A team of 15 professionals operating across two regional offices, providing six service lines across multiple sectors.
A client base that stands out from the crowd. You will get the opportunity to represent a broad range of blue-chip clients in multiple sectors including theatre and leisure, Blue light services, Bank institutions and developers.

Are you the new Associate Quantity Surveyor we are looking for?
What do I need?
To be part of the team, you will ideally be a Chartered PQS with a consultancy or private practice bias, looking to take your first steps into an executive position. Or an experienced Associate with the ambition to become a director within the next 3 years. Your knowledge and expertise will ideally span:
- Project Approach & Procurement Advice
- Financial Project Monitoring Reports
- Feasibility Cost Advice, Budget Estimates & Cost Planning
- Value Management & Engineering.
- Life Cycle Costings
- Projects will vary in size, complexity and type but include a healthy mix of; Commercial, Leisure, Public Sector, Corporate, Residential, Education and Healthcare.
