This variety is backed up by a wealth of experience and an enviable client base which has already attracted some of the industry’s top talent to the company.

The team is growing and as their new Quantity Surveyor, you will be joining a progressive and vibrant business with a client base to match. You'll be part of a team who will demand quality, accuracy and integrity - joining them at an exciting time as they become further involved in new and innovating projects. You'll be involved in all aspects of Quantity Surveying and Cost Consultancy, including pre and post contract duties on a number of interesting projects across Cambridgeshire, with Higher Educational being a key sector. Projects will vary in complexity and value but typically include from £5m - £50m.

You will be running your own projects whilst being client facing through all stages of the project, carrying out full cost consultancy and PQS duties. These will include; preparation and analysis of tenders (including pre-qualification), contract administration, final accounts, estimating, cost planning and reports. You will also have further involvement in providing input into value engineering projects.

We are interested in speaking with Quantity Surveyors (PQS) with at least 3 years experience working on behalf of a multidisciplinary consultancy or specialist cost consultant. Unfortunately we are unable to consider contractor biased Quantity Surveyors for this opportunity. To be successful, you will need strong cross sector experience, ideally with a focus on Education and refurbishment contracts. Chartered MRICS status is preferred although we would still be interested in speaking with experienced Quantity Surveyors who are close to achieving full chartered status.

We're looking for an exceptional candidate. Someone committed to a long term career representing a company who will truly value your involvement. In return, you will be rewarded with a strong remuneration up to £65,000 and benefits package which includes hybrid working.
