You could be the ideal candidate for an exciting Project Manager role with a leading developer of Science Buildings and Laboratories.
As a specialist fit out Project Manager, you will be a key player in the end-to-end delivery of existing asset programs and new build project fit-outs. You will need to be organised and have a good eye for detail to ensure that incoming tenant briefs are fully understood and converted into a bespoke fit-out (CAT-B) programme of works.
Our ideal candidate will have experience in fit-out projects on science buildings and laboratories between £50k and £5 million in value. Previous experience managing MEP projects and knowledge of science buildings or laboratories is highly desirable. You will be part of a team that is highly experienced in the development of single and multi-tenant knowledge-intensive real estate fit out projects.
You will be working remotely, covering projects across the UK but mainly in London and East of England.
To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate the following skills and experience:
- Experience in fit-out projects on science buildings and laboratories between £50k and £5 million in value
- Experience of UK Build Regulations is essential
- Understanding of the MEP requirements of technical buildings (preferably labs/science buildings).
- Professional Qualification and relevant Professional Membership (MAPM, MRICS, MCIOB etc)
- Ability to translate incoming tenant briefs into a bespoke fit-out (CAT-B) programme of works
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
This role offers a competitive salary between £50k - £60k depending on qualifications and experience.
