We are interested in speaking with ambitious and talented MRICS Project Managers capable of managing their own portfolio of projects.
You will take full autonomy of projects from concept to completion across a range of contract types which will range in value and complexity - but typically more than £5m. This is a fully client facing role working closely with the client / end user, consultants, and contractors. Providing full client briefs, monitoring progress, and providing expert advice to ensure successful project delivery.
We want to speak with Chartered Project Managers with at least 3 years post qualification experience within a client facing Project Management role - ideally with a consultancy or client focused business. Candidates will be considered from a variety of backgrounds (for example PQS, Building Surveyor), but must have current and detailed experience managing complex projects.

The company promotes a healthy work / life balance with a grown-up approach to flexible working, typically 2-4 days in the office on average. Salary and benefits package will reflect your experience but expected to be within £40,000 - £60,000 plus a generous benefit package and annual bonus.
