Building on the success of their new Cambridge office, we were instructed to help bring in a Head of Building Surveying to help expand their offering in this region. Working on a bespoke campaign, we helped design a strategy to target the right person to help build this service whilst promoting what makes Ingleton Wood different in a busy market place where everyone is competing for the same talent.
We focussed on Ingleton Woods approach which is differentiated through their vision, attention to detail and attitude towards service excellence. We created a dedicated campaign page (below) highlighting key projects, office history, company lifestyle, environment and career benefits.
