John Burke Associates are a practice of Chartered Surveyors (Building Surveying & Quantity Surveying), Clerks of Works and Chartered Building Consultants. Our team of 15 professionals operate from two regional offices, providing six service lines across multiple sectors.

Are you the new Associate Quantity Surveyor we are looking for?
What do I need?
To be part of our team, applications are welcomed from competent Chartered Quantity Surveyors (PQS) with a solid base of experience for surveying practices and/or multidisciplinary consultancies.
You will ideally be qualified MRICS Quantity Surveyor with a minimum of three years relevant post-qualification experience. Your knowledge and expertise will ideally span:
- Fund monitoring and Cost Planning
- Project Management
- Contract Administration
- Employer’s Agent duties
- Projects will vary in size, complexity and type but typically include Public Sector, Corporate / office, Residential, Education and Healthcare.
