The Role: Direct Impact & Project Ownership

Full project ownership with key client accounts, placing you in direct control of impactful projects within the education sector. This is not a graduate position; we seek a professional capable of managing both the technical and strategic aspects of the project workload. With direct client involvement.

You will be responsible for:

  • Leading the delivery of complex medium-to-large-scale refurbishment and capital improvement projects for Colleges, Schools and Educational institutions.
  • Conducting detailed building and condition surveys, thorough defect analysis, and strategic feasibility studies.
  • Developing precise specifications, preparing competitive tender documentation, and providing end-to-end contract administration (JCT).
  • Serving as the primary, trusted point of contact for clients, contractors, and design teams, ensuring exceptional project outcomes.

What We Require

  • A RICS accredited degree with a minimum of 5 years of post-qualification experience as a Building Surveyor.
  • Proven, hands-on experience managing and successfully delivering refurbishment and capital improvement projects, with a significant focus on the education sector.
  • Full membership of the RICS is highly desirable, or you are demonstrably working at this level with sector experience.
  • Exceptional skills in contract administration, project management, and high-level client relationship management.
