A multi-award winning Building Consultancy is looking to appoint an ambitious Building Surveyor looking to develop their professional career.
Based in their flagship Cambridge office, the role will involve working closely with experienced professionals providing expert advice and support to an established client base. With a network of offices across the Home Counties, the company’s Building Surveying Division provides a comprehensive range of services to clients in the commercial, retail, residential, education, leisure and industrial sectors. As such, variety is guaranteed.
Working on key accounts, you will work on an established client portfolio. Providing assistance on a wide range of professional services, such as
- Dilapidations,
- Technical due diligence,
- Party wall matters,
- Representing Landlords on some prestigious and unique properties.
Ideally you will be a Graduate Building Surveyor with a couple of years private sector experience and the ambition to become a chartered surveyor. Full APC support will be provided.
