Do you have housing developer, engineering consultant, utilities specialist, design team or local authority experience working on residential infrastructure?

We are working with a leading house builder looking to appoint a Civil Engineer, Assistant Engineer, or Adoptions Engineer to lead design on their developments.

You’ll be involved with housing developments and residential design for new build sites, liaising with local authorities, site visits, adoptions, drainage, and design coordinating with consultants. Experience in road and sewer design, utilities, geotechnical and environmental issues would be a strong advantage. Working on housing development design at all stages from construction, enabling works, dealing with adoptions, H&S and design issues on site for multiple projects.

Previous residential housing and section agreement experience is essential. This can be gained with another house builder, consultant design team, utilities specialist or engineering contractor. Equally, if you have good knowledge of S38, S104 and S278 agreements gained with a client or local authority perspective we’d be interested.

  • A knowledge of section agreements, AutoCAD, drainage, residential road and infrastructure design and project coordination experience.
  • HNC or degree qualified in civil engineering or similar
