An estates manager and property professional who understands leasehold legislation, budgets, and service charges. With the confidence to advise and liaise with building owners, leaseholders, and residents, attending estates and block management meetings.
Excellent customer service skills and an organised approach are a must.
You’ll be responsible for delivering a high-quality estates and block management service.
A team player with a can-do attitude, someone who can manage projects from day one.
You’ll set and control service charges, managing contractors and suppliers to budgeted and contracted work. Dealing with maintenance, inspections, and health & safety assessments.
Previous estates, FM or Block Management experience is essential.
You must drive and live locally in Cambridgeshire, Suffolk, or North Hertfordshire.
£28000 - £35000 to reflect your experience with the use of a pool car during office hours.
