Your Role and Training:
You'll be involved in crucial tasks such as writing specifications, schedules of work, condition surveying, defect analysis, and building pathology, providing extensive experience. If you have a RICS accredited degree, full support to commence your APC is available from day one.
What We're Looking For:

A RICS accredited Building Surveying degree with 1-2 years of industry experience.

A full UK driving licence.

Proficiency in AutoCAD.

You'll be locally based to the North Essex office, with the flexibility to travel to project sites, including occasional work in London.
