Norfolk based Graduate Engineer with a degree in geotechnical engineering, geology, geo-environmental engineering, or civil engineering? Join a team with real project variety.
The team is involved with a real mix of civil engineering, industrial, residential, commercial, education and healthcare projects. From complex ground engineering assessment to site investigation, you will have access to interesting and varied work. This small team packs a big punch, working closely with a wider construction and design group you’ll get access to a real range of interesting schemes, live construction, and ground investigation projects in East Anglia and across the UK.
You will have a strong interest in geotechnical engineering, ground, site investigation and testing. You will also be involved in geo-environmental and contaminated land projects. You will be working, project based 2/3 on site and 1/3 in the office supporting senior engineers.
- A geotechnical engineering degree - geo-environmental, geology, civil engineering.
- A strong interest in working on site being involved in ground investigations
- A strong report writing background for geotechnical projects
- Knowledge of slope stability, contaminated land, practical testing all an advantage
This is an excellent entry level opportunity for a graduate wanting to join a successful team working on hi-profile projects. Prior experience with an engineering consultant, ground investigation company, construction business, lab testing or geo-environment specialist, dealing with UK ground conditions, would all be beneficial.
